Delivery Information
We offer a wide range of delivery options which will be shown on the checkout page when ordering. Orders will be processed in 1-3 days and it is free delivery for all orders over £40.
Mainland UK Postage
- First Class – £4.50
- Second Class – £3.50
Items are delivered by Royal Mail and our postal days are usually Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery, in Ingleby Barwick, for any order over £10.
Surrounding areas will be charged a delivery fee of £2.50, alternatively you can opt for Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class delivery. Local delivery times will vary, in this case we will contact you to discuss a convenient delivery time.
Collection
We can arrange collection if desired, please email us at info@k9kandy.co.uk or contact us via our Facebook page prior to your order for more information and to arrange pick up times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during peak periods such as Christmas, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay we will contact you.
